AUFBISSBEHELFE UND ENTLASTUNGSSCHIENEN

Das LAMItec®-Verfahren n.HINZ eignet sich als Basis für alle Aufbissbehelfe und Okklusionsschienen und zeichnet sich – wie alle laminierten Geräte – durch Bruchsicherheit und Elastizität aus.

Um den Anforderungen nach Ästhetik und ungestörter Lautbildung nachzukommen, werden vorzugsweise Unterkieferschienen damit gefertigt – insbesondere wenn die Schienen auch tagsüber getragen  werden sollen.

Nach Fertigstellung der Schiene erfolgt im Artikulator die Individualisierung der Kauflächen mit Acrylat, um gegebenenfalls die Eckzahnführung und dynamische Okklusionsbewegungen zu ermöglichen.



LAMINIERTE AUFBISSBEHELFE

Um die hohe Elastizität der Schiene auch bei adjustierter Oberfläche mit Acrylat zu erhalten, wird die aufgetragene Kunststoffschicht mittig oder im Eckzahnbereich segmentiert.

Die „Dehnungsfuge“ wird durch eine dünne Wachsfolie vor dem Auftragen des Acrylats oder nach Aushärtung des aufgetragenen Kunststoffs mit einer Trennscheibe hergestellt.

Der feste Schienensitz wird durch Überlagerung des Äquators der Zähne um ca.1 mm erzielt, was die Elastizität des Basismaterials zulässt. Die neue Tiefziehtechnik bietet Sicherheit und Langlebigkeit zugleich.
